Full job description

This is a junior Client Services Associate role based in London office with hybrid work (at least 4 days per week onsite). The role supports quality digital marketing campaigns and business growth, ideal for candidates with 1-2 years experience in account/project management or digital media. Responsibilities include supporting client strategies, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, monitoring campaign activity, preparing reports, assisting end-of-campaign analysis, maintaining client promotions, contributing to revenue strategies, tracking business metrics, and building expertise in Epsilon products. Candidates should have analytical skills, awareness of digital marketing trends, strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, familiarity with Google Analytics, and a self-starter attitude. What you'll do

  • Support client services and partner with Commercial Leads to enable client strategies
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to keep projects on track
  • Create and maintain project timelines ensuring deadlines are met
  • Monitor ongoing campaign activity and flag optimisation opportunities and trends
  • Prepare client reporting on campaign performance and insights
  • Assist with end-of-campaign analysis to guide future actions
  • Maintain client promotions aligned with marketing calendars
  • Contribute to developing and implementing long-term revenue-generating strategies
  • Support tracking and analysis of internal business performance metrics
  • Stay updated on digital behaviours, trends, and guidelines to provide insights
  • Build strong internal relationships through clear communication and reliable client support
  • Develop expertise in Epsilon products and services
  • Lead client strategy discussions by sharing observations and insights from campaign performance

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in account management, project management, or the digital media industry (preferred)
  • Analytical skills to delve into data and identify valuable patterns
  • Awareness of digital behaviour, marketing trends, and customer journeys
  • Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Customer-focused approach passionate about growth
  • Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills
  • Competence in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics
  • Self-starter attitude and eagerness to learn in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
