The Operations Associate will execute standard affiliate operational processes to ensure a smooth client journey. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree or equivalent, 2-4 years client-facing experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, basic HTML knowledge, and strong problem-solving and organizational skills. What you'll do
- Master affiliate technology suite to support internal account teams
- Collaborate with Client Strategy, Media Planning, Finance, Client Integration, and Client Development teams
