Full job description

The Operations Associate will complete standard affiliate operational processes to ensure a smooth client journey. Responsibilities include mastering affiliate technology, collaborating with multiple teams, supporting affiliate marketing campaigns, preparing reports, troubleshooting, and maintaining documentation. Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 2-4 years client-facing experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM experience (Salesforce, JIRA) is a plus, basic HTML knowledge, strong problem-solving and organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment. The role offers hybrid work options and opportunities for professional growth.

What you'll do

  • Master affiliate technology suite to support internal account teams
  • Collaborate with Client Strategy, Media Planning, Finance, Client Integration, and Client Development teams
  • Support affiliate marketing campaigns including asset management, communication, and performance tracking
  • Prepare and manage reports to support campaign execution and track performance
  • Foster and maintain strong inter-departmental relationships
  • Provide troubleshooting support and share best practices for program and technology management
  • Create and update client support documentation

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in operations or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in a client-facing role
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, JIRA) a plus
  • Basic HTML knowledge
  • High capacity for problem-solving
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Eager to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
