Full job description

Teads is hiring an Associate Campaign Manager to support the Campaign Management team with tasks including developing RFPs, media plans, inventory reservations, customized presentations, site lists, client demos, ad server pixel implementation, reporting, and project management. Candidates should have 1-2 years experience in digital media or AdTech, familiarity with ad servers, DSPs, Salesforce, strong time management, communication, and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. The role is full-time, hybrid, based in New York City, with a salary range of $65,000 to $70,000 annually plus benefits.

What you'll do

  • Support Campaign Managers in developing RFPs
  • Support in developing media plans to maximize client investment
  • Confirm media availability and make inventory reservations
  • Support in creating customized PowerPoint decks
  • Help create customized site lists for clients
  • Execute screenshots and demos for clients
  • Implement third party ad server pixels for campaign tracking
  • Manipulate reporting to meet customer needs
  • Manage basic projects based on business needs

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience at a digital media agency, publisher, SSP, DSP or AdTech company
  • Understanding of tactical systems and processes such as third party ad servers, verification vendor platforms, DSPs, Salesforce
  • Bachelor’s Degree, Associate Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • High standards of quality and attention to detail
  • Track record of meeting or surpassing ambitious goals in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfort engaging with strategic clients
  • Problem solver, proactive and creative thinker
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Collaborative approach to work
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
