Epsilon seeks an Associate, Business Systems Analyst to support the software development lifecycle including requirement gathering, documentation, design support, and testing. The role involves learning marketing technology platforms such as campaign management tools, business intelligence tools, data warehousing, and Epsilon’s products. The ABSA acts as a liaison between clients and delivery teams, working cross-functionally with various internal and external stakeholders. This is a hybrid role requiring 2 days per week in the Chicago office. Candidates should have 0-1 years of experience, preferably a degree in Information Systems Management or related field, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and strong communication skills.
