Full job description
Senior full-time hybrid design role based in New York, NY. Responsible for elevating Kargo's brand expression across sales decks, events, social, and video. Requires 6+ years design experience with mastery in typography, layout, photography, illustration, motion/animation, and expert skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma. Manage multiple projects, collaborate cross-functionally, and lead creative for flagship events. Produce motion and video assets and maintain brand guidelines. Salary range $85,000 to $95,000 USD.
What you'll do
- Raise the creative bar on sales and marketing collateral by delivering a refreshed system of bespoke presentation templates, one-pagers, and pitch assets
- Anchor the visual identity of flagship events by leading end-to-end creative for at least one tentpole moment (e.g., Cannes, NewFronts, CES, or a regional summit)
