Full job description

Quantcast is hiring an Associate Account Manager in Chennai (Hybrid). Responsibilities include managing campaign life cycle operations such as IO generation, campaign setup, creative upload, scheduling, and customer report generation. The role requires multitasking, strong QA skills, prioritization of requests, clear communication of timelines, problem identification, proficiency in campaign workflows and systems, consulting with customers, simplifying data insights, and delivering campaign analysis and recommendations. Requirements include a BA/BS in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field preferred, 2-3 years experience in online advertising/programmatic ad-serving, experience with Ad Servers, DMPs, SSPs, Ad Exchanges, Tag Implementation platforms, and troubleshooting JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.

What you'll do

  • Manage all operational requests related to the campaign life cycle including IO generation (CPQ), campaign configuration and creative upload and scheduling (Quantcast Platform)
  • Ensure 3PAS reporting is set-up for relevant Quantcast Advertise customers
  • Own customer report generation, with support from AMs and Account Directors - delivering ‘right first time’ attention to detail
  • Perform multiple tasks simultaneously within tight deadlines
  • Possess strong QA skills, understanding and identifying problems before they arise
  • Prioritize internal and external requests, understanding impact and severity level
  • Clearly communicate campaign timelines and deliverables
  • Identify opportunities/problems arising from misalignment or misunderstanding
  • Become proficient in workflows and systems needed to set up and maintain advertising campaigns
  • Effectively consult with internal and external customers regarding challenges, translating technical information to non-technical audiences
  • Simplify complex data-backed insights for non-technical audiences and present them confidently
  • Deliver campaign analysis in the form of email and presentations; present insights and recommendations to end customers
  • Use strong critical thinking to interpret complex insights and provide recommendations

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related technical field preferred
  • 2-3 years industry experience with knowledge of the Online Advertising/ Programmatic Ad-serving industry
  • Experience with Ad Servers, DMPs, SSPs, Ad Exchanges, Tag Implementation platforms, and Integrations
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot languages such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS
