Associate, Client Services role supporting clients in audience adoption and usage guidelines. Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Technology teams. Responsibilities include acting as primary contact for technical issues, developing internal processes, reporting bugs, analyzing client reports, providing audience optimization, liaising between client services and technology, and supporting sales to increase client value. Requires experience managing digital campaign reports, client management across industries, multitasking, organization, experience with social or programmatic platforms, proactive learning, intermediate English (B2), and strong collaboration skills.
