Epsilon is hiring an Associate, Client Services (Audiences Specialist) to join the LATAM Client Services Team, reporting to the Director of Account Management. The role involves supporting clients in audience adoption and usage, collaborating with Product, Sales, and Technology teams. Responsibilities include acting as the main contact for technical issues, developing internal processes, reporting bugs, analyzing client reports, providing audience optimization guidelines, and supporting sales efforts. Candidates should have experience managing and analyzing digital campaign reports, working with diverse clients, handling social or programmatic platforms, strong organizational skills, intermediate English (B2), and be proactive learners.
