Full job description

The Trade Desk is seeking a senior client leader to own and drive revenue growth across a Tier 1 account portfolio in Thailand and Vietnam. The role requires full accountability for commercial outcomes, strategic advisory to senior marketing and agency stakeholders, and development of long-term account roadmaps. Candidates must have 9+ years of client-facing experience in digital advertising with a proven track record of exceeding revenue goals, strong understanding of programmatic advertising ecosystem including DSPs and RTB, and ability to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes. Responsibilities include building senior-level client relationships, collaborating with trading and business development teams, and contributing to product management and client services practices. Location is Singapore.

What you'll do

  • Own and drive revenue growth across a Tier 1 account portfolio in Thailand and Vietnam with full accountability for commercial outcomes
  • Articulate the strategic value of The Trade Desk platform to senior client and agency stakeholders, translating technical capability into business outcomes
  • Understand competitive differentiators in fast-changing online advertising landscape
  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior marketing and agency stakeholders, challenging client thinking and shaping long-term investment strategy
  • Develop long-term account roadmaps and joint business plans with Tier 1 clients focused on multi-year commercial outcomes
  • Partner with the Trading team to accelerate campaign performance and unlock new revenue opportunities within existing accounts
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to identify and convert growth opportunities across the Thailand and Vietnam portfolio
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships across client and agency organizations, engaging decision-makers at CMO, regional, and global levels
  • Work with Product Management to help define features and drive enhancements to The Trade Desk platform and auxiliary elements
  • Help build the Client Services practice by creating training materials, best practices, sales materials, and customer-facing guides

Requirements

  • 9+ years of client facing experience in digital advertising
  • Clear track record of owning and exceeding revenue goals
  • Demonstrated ability to grow Tier 1 accounts through consultative, long-term client relationships with agencies and direct advertisers
  • Challenger mindset with ability to push back on client briefs and form strong points of view on investment strategy
  • Effective time management skills with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Experience driving projects requiring stakeholders from different disciplines to drive output at pace
  • Ability to translate technical capability into strategic recommendations
  • Deep understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem, DSPs, RTB, data strategy, measurement, and competitive landscape
  • Strong analytical and data storytelling skills to turn performance data and market intelligence into compelling narratives
  • Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
  • Existing credibility in the Thailand and/or Vietnam market
