Full job description

InMobi Advertising seeks a mid-level Executive Assistant to support the Chief Corporate Affairs and Public Policy Officer. The role requires flexibility, high emotional intelligence, confidentiality, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage complex calendars and travel logistics. Responsibilities include scheduling meetings and events, coordinating travel and expenses, managing deadlines, and maintaining office operations. The candidate must be results-oriented, motivated, tech-savvy, and able to handle stressful situations calmly. Location: New Delhi, India.

What you'll do

  • Provide personal and professional support to the Chief Corporate Affairs and Public Policy Officer
  • Assist direct stakeholders with external events including schedules and travel reservations
  • Represent and elevate the effectiveness of the executive office with professionalism
  • Schedule stakeholder meetings, staff meetings, off-sites, dinners, events, and speaking engagements
  • Handle logistics including facilities, A/V, security, and catering with efficient time management
  • Manage complex and changing calendars across departments, functions, and time zones tactfully
  • Manage department deadlines to ensure smooth delivery of outcomes
  • Coordinate, set up, and clean up after meetings
  • Plan, book, and coordinate dynamic travel logistics with attention to detail
  • Organize and submit expense reports as needed
  • Anticipate executive needs including travel time, meals, appointments, and special occasions
  • Partner with office managers, IT, facilities, and administrative support to maintain office supplies and cleanliness
  • Coordinate weekly office lunches

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish credibility and trust with diverse internal stakeholders

  • Understanding of international travel logistics management and event organization
