Full job description
Assistant Manager - Finance role based in Dubai. Responsibilities include variance analysis, financial forecasting and modeling, executive reporting, cost reduction and process improvement, stakeholder management, cross-departmental collaboration, team leadership, and ensuring financial integrity. Requires Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3-4 years FP&A experience, strong accounting principles knowledge, attention to detail, team management skills, and advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Spreadsheets, financial reporting software, and presentation tools.

- Analyze past vs. current performance to identify key trends, variances, and underlying root causes
- Build and maintain forward-looking financial models to support strategic planning and executive decision-making
