Assistant Manager – Billing role responsible for driving the billing process, preparing analyses, generating invoices per customer requirements, handling customer queries (US/EU), analyzing and reconciling customer account balances, partnering with business stakeholders on revenue reporting and receivables support, managing aging receivables communication, ensuring adherence to internal controls and regulations, enforcing accounting policies for O2C process, and supporting new business initiatives and process improvements. Requires working knowledge of billing/O2C for US/EU companies, excellent communication skills, team management experience (3-4 people), experience with statutory and internal audits, knowledge of automated financial/accounting systems (Workday, NetSuite), understanding of commercial terms in customer agreements (SOW, MSA), and ability to collaborate across teams. Education requirement: MBA in Finance or equivalent with 4-5 years experience.
