Full job description

Assistant Corporate Controller role in Tel Aviv office reporting to Corporate Finance Director. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day accounting, supporting financial reporting and SEC filings, overseeing regional accounting teams, and ensuring compliance with US GAAP and SOX. Requires 3-5 years accounting experience, CPA certification, knowledge of ASC 718, 606, 260, experience with offshore subsidiaries, and proficiency in NetSuite and Workiva. English fluency needed. Hybrid work schedule with 3 days in-office.

What you'll do

  • Support preparation of Consolidated and Solo financial statements
  • Coordinate documentation for SEC-compliant reporting and GAAP filings
  • Execute quarterly and annual close processes
  • Serve as primary point of contact for external auditors
  • Maintain and apply consistent accounting policies and internal controls (SOX)
  • Review trading deals and revenue streams for ASC 606 compliance
  • Manage reporting and accounting treatment for all SEC filings using Workiva

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in accounting (Big 4 background is a significant plus)
  • 1+ years of experience post internship
  • Deep knowledge of US GAAP (specifically ASC 718, 606 and 260) and SEC reporting
  • Experience with off-shore subsidiaries
  • Certified Accountant (CPA) is a must
  • Experience with NetSuite and Workiva is highly preferred
  • Strong English skills
