Full job description

Lead month-end and quarter-end consolidated financial close processes and flux variance analysis. Manage equity and share-based compensation accounting across the equity lifecycle. Oversee revenue recognition under ASC 606 for $600M annual revenue, advancing automation and AI improvements. Prepare consolidated financial statements per US GAAP and SEC standards. Collaborate with external auditors for quarterly and annual audits ensuring PCAOB compliance. Analyze financial data for internal reporting. Support tax accounting, lease accounting (ASC 842), and key financial reporting activities. Participate in strategic financial initiatives and improve processes using AI and automation. Requirements include Big Four audit experience in Hitech, deep US GAAP knowledge, month-end/year-end close experience, strong internal controls skills, advanced Excel, and CPA qualification preferred.
