The AR & Collection Specialist role in the Finance Team based in Gurugram involves managing the full order-to-cash cycle globally. The candidate will handle customer setup, billing, cash application, collections, and credit risk processes, collaborating with Sales, Account Management, and Finance teams across regions. Requirements include 3+ years in Accounts Receivable or similar finance roles, strong Excel and ERP (NetSuite preferred) skills, experience with multi-currency and international billing, and professional proficiency in one European language (Spanish, Italian, German, or Portuguese). Responsibilities include managing customer accounts, billing, cash application, collections, dispute resolution, credit risk, and compliance.
