Full job description
Innovid seeks an Application Support Analyst to provide first-level and escalation support for Innovid products. Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, liaising between Client Services/Sales and R&D, developing custom analytics reports, troubleshooting data anomalies, managing service access requests, and documenting procedures. Candidates should have 3+ years in a technical client-facing role, advanced English communication skills, experience with SQL, and preferably knowledge of HTML5, web development tools, ticketing systems, and REST APIs.
What you'll do
- Provide first-level and internal/external escalation support on all Innovid solutions/products
- Provide exceptional customer support via verbal and written communication
- Liaise between Client Services/Sales teams and R&D on product defects and escalations
