Full job description

The Demand Partnerships Director – APAC is responsible for expanding Digital Turbine’s demand footprint across APAC by acquiring new DSP integrations and scaling existing high-potential DSP partners. The role involves identifying, qualifying, and integrating DSPs, managing the full partnership lifecycle, creating joint strategies, and acting as a regional GM for strategic partners. Requires 8+ years in digital advertising/programmatic with APAC exposure, fluency in English and Mandarin, strong negotiation, stakeholder management, project management, and cross-functional leadership skills. The position is hybrid and based in Singapore.

What you'll do

  • Identify, qualify and integrate high-value DSPs across APAC
  • Own the full partnership lifecycle: sourcing, pitching, negotiation, integration, onboarding, scaling
  • Articulate and sell Digital Turbine’s differentiated supply and on-device value proposition
  • Build a robust pipeline and consistently close new integrations
  • Create and drive joint strategies across top DSP partners
  • Build hypothesis-driven Partner Development Plans (PDPs) and Joint Business Plans (JBPs)
  • Translate regional ecosystem trends into actionable monetization strategies
  • Act as the regional GM for assigned strategic partners
  • Drive end-to-end operationalization of strategy
  • Own execution from idea through deployment to measurable impact
  • Launch and scale demand generation initiatives and PMP deals
  • Elevate Digital Turbine’s positioning within each partner’s ecosystem
  • Build and manage senior stakeholder relationships
  • Influence partner product and roadmap decisions
  • Negotiate and operationalize high-impact commercial agreements
  • Position Digital Turbine as a preferred supply partner
  • Align Solutions Architecture, Technical Services, and Product to partner needs
  • Drive fast, coordinated execution across internal teams
  • Maximize total economic value per partnership

Requirements

  • 8+ years in digital advertising/programmatic with APAC exposure
  • Ability to speak both English and Mandarin
  • Proven track record of hunting and closing DSP/platform partnerships
  • Deep understanding of the DSP/SSP/PMP ecosystem
  • Strong strategic and operator mindset
  • Experience building and executing go-to-market strategies in APAC
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong project management and cross-functional leadership capabilities
