Full job description

Lead the Analytics & CRO practice by defining its methodological and technical direction to ensure measurement plans and conversion strategies align with business goals. Support clients in digital maturity, identify growth opportunities, and promote analytical and experimentation solutions. Manage end-to-end implementation of analytics projects, ensuring quality, timing, and progress with the technical team. Requires extensive experience in Data Analytics and CRO, proficiency with GA4, GTM Server-Side, SQL/BigQuery, BI tools, and testing platforms. Strong business orientation and consultative skills to engage with C-Level clients. Technical expertise to solve complex issues related to data loss, attribution, governance, privacy, and integrations. Preferred experience with technology partners, mobile app measurement, e-commerce platforms, advanced analytics environments, cloud infrastructures, and front-end basics (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
