Full job description

Lead the Analytics & CRO practice by defining methodology and technical direction to ensure measurement plans and conversion strategies align with business goals. Support clients in digital maturity, identify growth opportunities, and propose analytical and experimentation solutions. Manage end-to-end analytics project implementation, ensuring quality, timing, and progress monitoring. Requires extensive experience in Data Analytics and CRO, proficiency with GA4, GTM Server-Side, SQL/BigQuery, BI tools, and CRO/testing platforms. Must have strong commercial and consultative skills, ability to communicate with executive stakeholders, excellent storytelling, and technical problem-solving capabilities. Experience with technology partnerships, mobile app measurement, e-commerce data layers, complex analytics environments, cloud infrastructures, and basic front-end knowledge is highly valued.
