Full job description
Lead the Analytics & CRO practice with strategic and technical oversight. Define measurement plans and conversion strategies aligned with business goals. Support clients in digital maturity and growth opportunities. Lead end-to-end implementation of analytical projects ensuring quality and timely delivery. Required experience includes GA4, GTM Server-Side, SQL/BigQuery, BI tools, CRO/testing platforms, and strong consultative skills. Knowledge of cloud platforms, mobile app measurement, e-commerce CMS integration, and front-end basics (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) is valued. Permanent full-time role based in Barcelona with hybrid work model (2 remote days).
