Full job description

Role responsible for cost assignment accuracy, margin transparency, revenue recognition support, and overage billing integrity across client contracts. Tasks include pulling usage data from Snowflake, mapping usage to contract entitlements, maintaining and refreshing dashboards monthly, QA of anomalies, preparing monthly insights, partnering with CS Ops, BI, and Data Engineering, executing monthly entitlement-to-usage reconciliations, and producing variance analyses to identify revenue leakage and margin risks. Requires 3+ years experience in Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, or related fields, advanced SQL skills (Snowflake preferred), familiarity with Salesforce and dashboarding tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker), and strong analytical and communication skills.

What you'll do

  • Pull usage data from Snowflake
  • Map usage to contract entitlements
  • Maintain entitlement vs. usage dashboards
  • Refresh dashboards monthly
  • QA anomalies such as usage spikes, missing account IDs, mismatches
  • Prepare monthly, CS-ready insights
  • Partner with CS Ops, BI, and Data Engineering on data issues
  • Execute monthly entitlement-to-usage reconciliation processes across all tracked customer contracts
  • Produce variance analyses and identify revenue leakage, unbilled overages, and margin risks

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Economics, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, Financial Systems, Revenue Analytics, or a related field
  • Experience with contract-based or usage-based pricing models
  • Familiarity with revenue recognition concepts, contract structures, and margin reporting
  • Advanced SQL skills (Snowflake preferred)
  • Experience with Salesforce and enterprise data systems
  • Expertise in dashboarding tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or equivalent)
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
