Full job description

The Analyst, Customer Account Administration (AMER) role is responsible for managing financial accounts for new advertising campaigns to enable invoicing, collaborating with Sales, Sales Support, and Finance teams. Key duties include creating and controlling financial accounts, resolving billing and payment method issues, ensuring billing accuracy, handling complex cases, maintaining client master data quality, and screening clients for compliance with sanctions and anti-money laundering regulations. The position requires fluency in English, experience with vendor master data, strong communication and organizational skills, proficiency in Excel and IT tools, and attention to detail. The role is based in Gurgaon, India, with hybrid working hours from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST. What you'll do

  • Create or control automated creation of financial accounts for new advertising campaigns to trigger invoicing
  • Solve modification requests and issues raised by Sales, Sales Support, and Finance teams including refunds and billing requirements
  • Run controls to ensure billing is performed without issues
  • Identify and operationalize approaches for complex cases requiring non-standard processing
  • Define process to identify and solve client master data quality issues
  • Perform screening of clients against international sanctions, corruption or money laundering cases and escalate confirmed alerts to legal team

Requirements
