Full job description

The Alliance Operations Manager supports the operational success of strategic alliance partnerships, focusing on Adobe and Salesforce. This hybrid role partners with Alliance Partner Managers, Growth Operations, Marketing, and Sales teams to manage partner programs, alliance governance, compliance, and operational processes to drive partner growth in the Americas. Responsibilities include managing operational programs (deal registrations, MDF, co-op funding, referral programs), supporting partner lifecycle operations (enrollment, certifications, compliance, tier management), administering partner portals and technology platforms, coordinating business reviews and strategic initiatives, supporting partner marketing and enablement, maintaining training and documentation, supporting alliance reporting, resolving operational issues, and improving alliance operations and governance. Requires a bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field, 3+ years experience in partner or related operations, experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics), strong organizational and communication skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Preferred qualifications include experience with alliance or channel programs, familiarity with Adobe and Salesforce ecosystems, managing partner portals and compliance, partner enablement, partnership management platforms like Crossbeam, and AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot or Claude.
