Full job description

Cyberclick seeks a motivated individual to grow as a specialist in digital Marketing and Sales. The role involves managing multiple projects within the Allbound Marketing team, focusing on defining and implementing result-oriented strategies such as AI Engine Optimization, Email Marketing, Marketing Automation, and Account Based Marketing. Responsibilities include managing HubSpot and Allbound Marketing projects, CRM management, keyword strategy, content creation, workflows, email campaigns, database management, campaign design, data analysis, marketing and sales automation tools management, client communication, and internal coordination with specialists and technical teams. Requirements include a degree in Business Administration, Advertising, Marketing or similar, valued postgraduate studies in Marketing or Digital Sales, knowledge of HubSpot, AI-driven mindset, analytical skills focused on metrics, native Spanish, and high or native English. The position offers flexible hours, a fun and continuous learning environment, remote or hybrid work in Barcelona, Madrid, or Valencia, and salary based on experience.

What you'll do

  • Execute HubSpot and Allbound Marketing projects: manage client CRM, create keyword strategies, content, workflows, email campaigns, and database management
  • Design campaigns to achieve client objectives with continuous improvement
  • Extract patterns and conclusions from data analysis
  • Manage marketing and sales automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Genesy, Klaviyo)
  • Communicate with clients
  • Coordinate internally with other specialist and technical profiles linked to projects

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Advertising and Public Relations, Marketing Online or similar
  • Postgraduate or Master's degree in Marketing and/or Digital Sales (valued)
  • Knowledge or specific training in HubSpot (valued)
  • Experience or mindset driven by AI (valued)
  • Analytical vision focused on metrics
  • Native Spanish speaker
  • High or native level of English (to be verified in interviews)
