Requires MSc/PhD in quantitative field, 6+ years algorithmic problem-solving experience, 2+ years leadership experience, production-grade algorithm engineering, and experience working with engineering teams. Bonus for real-time bidding and auction theory knowledge. Responsibilities include leading bidding strategy optimization, delivering new strategies to production, analyzing complex dynamics, partnering with engineering, and leading algorithm engineers.
