AI Transformation Senior Program Manager

What you'll do

• Lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish
• Work with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks
• Communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company
• Coordinate players and keep them updated on progress and deadlines
• Set strategy, operating model, and execution plans for complex cross-functional programs
• Partner with AI Lab project leads and ensure successful collaboration with Core Engineering, Marketing Operations, and cross-functional teams
• Prioritize work, align plans, deliver impact, and graduate AI Lab solutions for scaled adoption
• Manage multiple projects in fast-paced, team environments
• Build consensus and create clarity from ambiguity

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• 8 years of experience in program management, product operations, or a related operational role
• Experience with generative AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI agents
• Experience partnering with Product and Engineering teams to influence roadmaps and manage program execution
• 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
• Experience working within a Marketing function, with direct experience in Marketing Technology (MarTech), AdTech, or enterprise digital transformation
• Experience implementing genAI tools, AI agents, or advanced automation strategies in an enterprise environment
• Experience managing third-party vendor relationships and integrating external solutions into internal programs
