AI-Native Business Analyst - Sales & Delivery

What you'll do

• Partner with sales and delivery leadership to understand opportunity tracking, project management, and operational pain points
• Use AI tools to analyze pipeline data, delivery performance, and project health to surface actionable insights
• Help build tools and workflows to improve visibility into sales activity, project margin, and delivery risk
• Document processes and requirements clearly for the technical team
• Collaborate with other BAs, a technical architect, and an ML engineer to deliver solutions from brief to production
• Translate complex operational data into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders
• Continuously seek ways to use AI to reduce manual reporting and improve information quality for decision makers

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a business analyst, delivery operations, or sales operations role
• Understanding of project delivery in a professional services environment including staffing, tracking, and billing
• Experience building and delivering work using AI tools such as Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT or equivalent
• Ability to analyze pipeline data, generate reports, automate workflows, and produce reliable outputs
• Knowledge of AI tools through coursework, certification, or hands-on building
• Comfortable working with data and explaining findings to senior stakeholders
• Organized, reliable, and able to follow through on commitments
• Ability to work well across functions including sales, delivery, and finance
