AI-Native Business Analyst - PMO

What you'll do

• Build strong working relationships with PMO and delivery leadership to understand current project management tools, processes, gaps, and frustrations
• Help define a centralized PMO function including standards, tools, and processes
• Assess current PMO toolset and identify shortcomings
• Work with operations team to evaluate options and drive improvements
• Use AI tools to analyze project tracking and reporting, surface inconsistencies, and recommend standardization
• Document current-state processes and requirements for technical team
• Support rollout of new tools or processes to ensure adoption
• Act as a consistent point of contact for PMO operational support, tooling help, or process guidance

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a business analyst, operations, or process improvement role
• Exposure to how PMO or delivery functions work
• Understanding of project management to converse with PM or program lead
• Experience building and delivering solutions using AI tools (Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT, or equivalent)
• Ability to analyze processes, surface gaps, draft requirements, and generate outputs using AI
• Strong listening and communication skills
• Ability to work across functions and build relationships with stakeholders
• Organized and able to follow through
