AI-Native Business Analyst — Generalist Operations Support

What you'll do

• Support senior BAs and team leads with analysis, documentation, and project coordination across operational topics
• Use AI tools to research, summarize, draft, and analyze as a core part of daily work
• Maintain project trackers, action logs, and status updates across active workstreams
• Assist with capacity planning and resource management including tracking staffing data and supporting demand forecasting
• Document processes, meeting outcomes, and decisions clearly and consistently
• Take on ad hoc tasks and short-cycle requests with speed and accuracy
• Flag issues, ask questions, and escalate unclear matters proactively

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in business analyst, operations coordinator, project management, or similar role
• Experience delivering real work using AI tools such as Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT, or equivalent
• Ability to build automations, generate outputs, and solve problems using AI as a primary tool
• Organized, reliable, and able to follow through on commitments without reminders
• Clear and concise writing skills
• Comfortable working independently across time zones with minimal oversight
• Eager to learn and grow
• AI, project management, or data certifications are a plus
