AI-Native Business Analyst - Finance and CTS

What you'll do

• Partner with finance and operations leadership to understand cost tracking, analysis, and reporting
• Use AI tools to build solutions improving visibility into cost-to-serve, project margin, and financial performance
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement and present findings
• Document business processes and requirements for technical team solution development
• Support development of financial dashboards, reporting tools, and automation workflows
• Collaborate with other BAs, technical architect, and ML engineer to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Stay current on AI tooling and propose new ideas to improve team efficiency

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a business analyst, financial analyst, or operations role
• Solid understanding of financial concepts — cost structures, margin, budgeting, reporting
• Hands-on experience building with and delivering through AI tools (Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT, or equivalent)
• Experience using AI to automate analysis, generate financial summaries, build workflows, or solve operational problems
• Comfortable working with data — pulling, cleaning, analyzing, and explaining it
• Clear and confident communication with non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and take ownership from brief to delivery
• AI or data certifications are a plus
