Lead DevEx role at Vibe.co to lead AI-first engineering strategy and developer experience. Requirements
Hands-on experience as a platform or developer experience engineer in a fast-moving product company
Deep familiarity with AI coding tools — serious usage
Proficiency in at least one of Go, Rust, or TypeScript
Experience owning developer tooling end-to-end: CI/CD, GitHub workflows, local dev environments
A track record of shipping improvements that engineers actually adopt
Experience in a high-growth startup where you had to build before you could scale (nice to have)
Exposure to security tooling and secure development practices (nice to have)
Familiarity with streaming TV, CTV, or ad infrastructure (nice to have)
