Full job description

Lead hands-on engineering for AI solutions including Deep Learning, GenAI, Agentic AI, and multimodal use cases. Apply fail-fast logic to project management to identify unviable AI use cases early. Perform trade-off analyses on model classes, retrieval design, memory optimization, and orchestration. Own reference architectures and solution design patterns for multimodal agentic systems. Design multi-agent systems with reasoning, planning, tool use, persistent memory, and grounded retrieval. Lead multimodal system design across text, vision, speech, and structured data. Establish SLM design patterns to meet enterprise constraints. Define hybrid retrieval and knowledge architectures using vector, graph, and NoSQL stores. Establish evaluation frameworks and enforce safety and hallucination-control standards. Lead red-teaming and adversarial testing. Set production readiness standards including reliability, latency, cost, monitoring, drift detection, and incident response. Lead GPU/accelerator operations and lifecycle automation for deployment. Mentor engineers and enforce AI in SDLC frameworks. Engage with clients and stakeholders on architecture, feasibility, and risk. Support pre-sales and solutioning for GenAI and Agentic AI opportunities. Requires minimum 8 years software engineering experience, 3+ years in AI production systems, strong skills in Python, SQL, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), databases (MongoDB, NoSQL, vector, graph), and willingness to work from Pune office at least 3 days per week.
