Equativ is hiring a mid-level Python Developer or ML Engineer with 3+ years experience focused on deploying LLM-powered solutions in production. The role is part of the GenAI team responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI agents and the Agentic Platform. Responsibilities include building production AI agents using frameworks like Google ADK, Langchain, LangGraph, managing production lifecycle with AIOps/AgentOps practices, contributing to platform APIs, developing backend services, and acting as the Python technical lead in the team. Candidates must have a Master's degree in a relevant technical field, mastery of Python, experience with AIOps/MLOps, cloud platforms like Vertex AI or Kubernetes, and strong software engineering skills. The position is based in Paris, France, within a large R&D department working in an Agile environment.

What you'll do

Design, develop, and deploy goal-oriented AI agents and multimodal/conversational experiences using frameworks like Google ADK, Langchain, LangGraph
Use orchestration tools like n8n where appropriate
Own the production lifecycle of shipped products including monitoring, versioning, evaluation pipelines, and reliability
Contribute to the shared Agentic Platform (gateways, evaluation frameworks, observability, MaaS/AaaS APIs)
Develop MCP servers and backend services for agent-side integrations
Be the Python referent in the team, enforcing strong software engineering principles
Build expertise on agentic design patterns (evaluation, guardrails, multi-agent orchestration) and share knowledge across the company
Engage with internal stakeholders to understand operational pain points and translate them into measurable GenAI solutions

Requirements

Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a similar technical field
3+ years as a Python Developer or ML Engineer with recent focus on deploying LLM-powered solutions in production
Mastery of Python for enterprise-level development
Strong knowledge of core software engineering principles
Hands-on experience with AIOps/MLOps (unit tests, CI/CD, Git, observability)
Proven experience building production-ready agent workflows, orchestration layers, or platforms using Python frameworks (ADK, Langchain, LangGraph)
Practical experience with modern cloud platforms (Vertex AI, Kubernetes or equivalents) for deploying scalable GenAI services
Strong versatility and willingness to work across full stack and functional expertise
Entrepreneurial mindset, high autonomy, ability to turn ambiguous business goals into concrete GenAI features
Fluent technical English (written and verbal)
