Full job description
Skai is seeking a mid-level AI Engineer with 2-5 years of software development experience. The role involves delivering production-ready features using GenAI tools like Claude Code to accelerate development and improve workflows. The engineer will collaborate with PMs, designers, and engineers across frontend, backend, and data domains. Requirements include a relevant academic degree or military experience, strong passion for GenAI tools, ability to quickly learn new tech stacks, and excellent communication skills. The position is full-time with a hybrid work model based in Tel Aviv, Israel.
What you'll do
- Own and deliver working features from end to end, contributing production-ready code with guidance and driving tangible product value
- Utilize GenAI tools (e.g., Claude Code) to accelerate feature development, improve personal productivity, and optimize daily workflows
