Full job description

Lead development of business strategy for the service line/function by creating and cascading team/unit business plans. Participate in reviews and improve team/unit performance MIS. Prepare for client reviews and proactively manage client escalations. Lead or assist in proposal development to increase business from existing clients. Implement strategic initiatives including quality improvement and automation. Continuously upgrade service offerings with innovative solutions. Monitor competitor information and share with relevant teams. Develop and coach team members.

What you'll do

Develop and participate in reviews and improvement of team/unit performance MIS
Prepare for client reviews or support the functional head in preparation for client reviews
Proactively avoid client escalations/issues and promptly resolve or channel escalations appropriately
Lead or assist in developing proposals, services, or solutions to increase business from existing clients with account managers
Implement strategic initiatives such as quality improvement, measurement, and automation
Ensure current service offerings are continuously upgraded with innovative, market-oriented solutions
Stay informed of relevant competitor information and share with corporate planning and other teams
Develop and coach team members
