Join Criteo's Finance Services as a Finance Developer to design, develop, and maintain AI-driven automation solutions optimizing global finance processes. Responsibilities include identifying automation opportunities, building intelligent workflows, defining KPIs, writing specifications, applying Agile/Kanban, leading testing, deployment, and continuous improvement. Requires 5+ years experience in finance automation, AI capabilities, APIs, enterprise systems, and workflow tools like Dust, Glean, Agentforce, or Power Automate. Knowledge of finance processes, data warehouse and visualization tools (Databricks, Azure, Power BI), and technical tools (Excel, SAP, Salesforce, Python, Alteryx, UiPath, Copilot Studio) is a plus. Position is hybrid based in Gurgaon, India.

What you'll do

  • Act as key point of contact for internal business teams to identify, assess, and automate global finance processes
  • Design, develop, and maintain agentic workflows and intelligent automation solutions for finance operations
  • Define and monitor automation KPIs to measure adoption, performance, reliability, and business impact
  • Write technical and functional specifications for processes to be automated, including project design documentation
  • Apply Agile and Kanban ways of working to manage delivery and continuous improvement
  • Build solutions leveraging AI agents, orchestration frameworks, APIs, data pipelines, and finance system integrations
  • Lead testing activities including test strategy, execution, defect resolution, and business validation
  • Support deployment of new solutions across local or server-based environments
  • Ensure ongoing maintenance, monitoring, and continuous improvement of delivered automations and agentic solutions

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience designing, developing, and maintaining finance automation solutions
  • Experience with AI-driven or agentic capabilities
  • Ability to build intelligent workflows combining automation, decision logic, data retrieval, and system interaction
  • Experience working with APIs, structured data, enterprise systems, and low-code automation environments
  • Ability to rethink financial processes end to end and improve workflows
  • Experience with finance processes such as SOX controls, LTC, OTC, audit is a plus
  • Experience with Workflow solutions such as Dust, Glean, Agentforce or Power Automate is highly recommended
  • Experience with Data Warehouse and visualization solutions such as Databricks, Azure, or Power BI is highly recommended
  • Knowledge of Excel, SAP, Salesforce, Python, or similar enterprise and technical tools is a plus
  • Exposure to tools such as Alteryx, UiPath, Copilot Studio, or similar automation platforms is a plus
