Full job description
Equativ UK sales team seeks an ambitious Sales Manager with 2-5 years experience in digital UK media agencies. The role involves selling programmatic campaigns, managing client relationships, and driving new business growth. Responsibilities include managing daily meetings with agencies and advertisers, overseeing the full sales lifecycle, collaborating with Client Services, and maintaining Salesforce. Candidates must have a solid understanding of the media industry, programmatic advertising, and a proactive sales approach. Location: London.
What you'll do
- Be an ambassador for Equativ within the UK media industry
- Be present with clients at industry events and in meetings
- Manage and deliver a high volume of daily meetings with agencies and advertisers
- Define key advertisers and verticals, drive initial and following conversations to build pipeline
- Build strong relationships with agencies and brands through regular meetings, calls and recommendations
- Run and oversee the full sales lifecycle for prospective and recurring clients
- Collaborate with Client Services team to ensure delivery and performance across campaigns
- Develop a very good understanding of the programmatic marketplace and Equativ products and solutions
- Operate and grow business with UK based digital and CTV buyers at media agencies, trading desks and direct advertisers
- Maintain focus on objectives that have the biggest impact on assigned agencies
- Drive new business and grow existing business across focused agencies
- Accurately update and maintain Salesforce daily with all sales activities and pipeline developments
Requirements
- Experience working within digital UK media agencies with 2-5 years experience
- Ability to build trust with clients, solve problems and identify solutions
- Solid understanding of how the media industry and UK agencies operate
- Good understanding and experience in selling programmatic campaigns to agencies and brands
- Proven track record and hands-on experience working and selling digital and programmatic campaigns
- Experience having contact with agencies, trading desks and other programmatic platforms
- Proactive, sales orientated hunter able to identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts
- Creative and entrepreneurial spirit to identify opportunities within agency group
- Ability to learn fast and act quickly
- Driven and hungry to succeed in a fast paced environment
