Full job description
Lead strategic agency partnerships across the US to drive agency growth, new revenue, and adoption of Smartly solutions. Responsibilities include developing growth strategies, identifying and closing new client opportunities, managing commercial agreements, fostering agency advocacy, serving as primary contact for agency leadership, presenting Smartly's solutions, collaborating with partners, and achieving revenue targets. Requires at least 7 years experience in marketing, advertising, consulting, or media sales with a proven track record in customer acquisition and growth. Strong presentation, business acumen, collaborative skills, and familiarity with digital advertising technologies are essential. Hybrid work model requiring presence in New York office 3 days per week. What you'll do
- Create and execute a comprehensive agency growth strategy
- Identify, present, and close new client opportunities
- Negotiate and manage commercial agreements
- Develop and deliver programs to build understanding and support for Smartly solutions within agencies
- Act as main point of contact for agency leadership
- Articulate Smartly's full suite of solutions including media, intelligence, and creative offerings
- Maintain positive relationships with platform partners
- Develop strong partnerships with Direct Sales and Global Client Partner teams
- Achieve revenue growth through strategic agency partnerships
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets
- Provide examples of partnership success
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in marketing, advertising, consulting, or media sales
- Track record in customer acquisition and growth
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of the agency ecosystem
- Strong business and financial understanding
- Collaborative approach and history of influencing cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with digital advertising technologies, platforms, and performance measurement methodologies
- Ability to work from New York office 3 days a week as part of hybrid structure
