The role focuses on building and deepening strategic partnerships with large independent agencies, engaging senior agency leadership including C-suite, Directors, VPs, trading desk leads, and programmatic heads. Responsibilities include owning agency relationships, driving agency enablement through training and events, collaborating with sales teams to convert agency enthusiasm into revenue, supporting commercial agreements, gathering market intelligence, and representing Taboola at industry events. Requires 10+ years in digital advertising with agency development focus, strong agency ecosystem knowledge, established senior agency relationships, entrepreneurial mindset, and willingness to travel frequently. The position offers a hybrid work schedule based in New York City and includes comprehensive benefits and competitive compensation with base salary ranging from $182,000 to $231,000 and total OTE from $260,000 to $330,000.
