Taboola is hiring an Agency Development Director to lead North American agency development strategy for 2-3 holding companies. The role requires 12+ years in digital advertising with strong executive relationships at major US agency holding companies. Responsibilities include owning and growing agency relationships, driving enablement through training and events, collaborating with sales teams, leading commercial agreements, gathering market intelligence, and representing Taboola at industry events. The position offers a hybrid work schedule based in New York City, requires frequent domestic travel, and provides comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401k matching, commuter benefits, gym partnerships, discretionary bonus, equity, flexible PTO, and paid parental leave. Salary ranges from $206,500 to $262,500 base, with total OTE from $295,000 to $375,000.
