Agency Development Director, DACH role based in Berlin, Düsseldorf, or Munich. Responsible for supporting and elevating agency business development in the DACH region, driving and developing trading partnerships with major global companies and large local agencies. Requires 7+ years experience in digital marketing and ad tech, strong senior contacts, excellent communication and presentation skills, and ability to work in a matrix organization. Responsibilities include managing agency trading partnerships, expanding network, supporting local teams, leading initiatives to achieve revenue targets, and identifying new revenue opportunities.
