Full job description

Seeking an Affiliate Marketing Specialist with 5-8 years of experience to manage and grow affiliate programs focused on performance and acquisition. Responsibilities include daily campaign management, partner communication, affiliate recruitment, KPI monitoring (CPA, ROAS, conversion, revenue), performance reporting, coordination with Programmatic, SEM, Social, and Analytics teams, and managing creatives, promotions, and tracking. Requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, professional English, and excellent organizational and communication abilities. Experience with major affiliate platforms (Rakuten, Awin, Tradedoubler, CJ, Impact), ecommerce or retail, and tracking/attribution tools is highly valued. The role offers a permanent contract, flexible hours, hybrid work model (2 days remote), intensive Fridays, 23 vacation days plus additional benefits including training, team activities, English classes, gym agreements, and flexible compensation.
