Full job description

Seeking an Affiliate Marketing Specialist with 5-8 years of experience to manage and grow affiliate programs focused on performance and acquisition. Responsibilities include daily campaign management, partner communication, affiliate recruitment, KPI monitoring (CPA, ROAS, conversion, revenue), performance reporting, coordination with Programmatic, SEM, Social, and Analytics teams, and managing creatives, promotions, and tracking. Requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, professional English, and good communication and organizational skills. Experience with major affiliate platforms (Rakuten, Awin, Tradedoubler, CJ, Impact), ecommerce or retail, and tracking/attribution tools is a plus.
