Full job description

Adsmurai is seeking a Senior Affiliate Marketing Specialist to manage and grow performance-oriented affiliate programs. The role involves daily campaign management, partner communication, affiliate recruitment, KPI monitoring (CPA, ROAS, conversion, revenue), performance reporting, and coordination with Programmatic, SEM, Social, and Analytics teams. Candidates must have 5-8 years of affiliate marketing experience, strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, professional English level, and good organizational and communication skills. Experience with major affiliate platforms (Rakuten, Awin, Tradedoubler, CJ, Impact), ecommerce or retail, and tracking/attribution tools is highly valued. The position offers a permanent contract, flexible hours, hybrid work model with 2 remote days per week, intensive Fridays, 23 vacation days plus additional benefits including training, team activities, English classes, gym agreements, and flexible compensation. Location is Barcelona, Spain.

What you'll do

  • Daily management of affiliate campaigns and programs
  • Communication and relationship management with publishers and partners
  • Search and recruitment of new affiliates
  • Monitoring and optimization of KPIs: CPA, ROAS, conversion, revenue, etc.
  • Performance reporting, deduplication, and results analysis
  • Coordination with Programmatic, SEM, Social, and Analytics teams
  • Control of creatives, promotions, and tracking
  • Detection of scaling and optimization opportunities

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in affiliate marketing
  • Analytical skills and results orientation
  • Excellent command of Excel / Google Sheets
  • Professional level of English
  • Organized, proactive, and good communication skills
  • Experience with main affiliate platforms (Rakuten, Awin, Tradedoubler, CJ, Impact) - highly valued
  • Experience in ecommerce or retail - highly valued
  • Knowledge of tracking and attribution tools - highly valued
