The AEM Technical Architect leads the design and delivery of enterprise Adobe Experience Manager implementations. Responsibilities include end-to-end AEM solution design, architectural direction, collaboration with stakeholders and teams, creation of architecture diagrams and technical documentation, designing integrations with external platforms, translating requirements into AEM solutions, guiding developers, assessing design feasibility, designing content workflows, collaborating on CI/CD pipelines, participating in Agile ceremonies, communicating technical recommendations, providing effort estimates, mentoring team members, and adapting to evolving project needs. Required qualifications include 5+ years developing with AEM Sites and Assets, 3+ years architecting enterprise CMS or AEM implementations, experience with AEM Cloud Service or Adobe Managed Services, strong Java and REST API skills, knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks like React or Vue, leadership experience in complex implementations, ability to create architecture diagrams and documentation, troubleshooting skills, strong communication and collaboration skills, and experience with Agile tools such as GitHub, Bitbucket, Jira, and Confluence. Preferred qualifications include experience integrating AEM with commerce platforms, exposure to Adobe Experience Cloud products, pre-sales support experience, AEM certification, and mentoring experience. Salary range is $113,000 to $158,000. Benefits include medical, vision, dental, life insurance, disability insurance, 401k, flexible PTO, paid holidays, sick leave, and parental leave.
