Full job description
The AEM Developer will design, develop, and implement Adobe Experience Manager solutions across AEM 6.5, AEM as a Cloud Service, and Edge Delivery Services. Responsibilities include developing and deploying AEM components, templates, workflows, and integrations; collaborating with cross-functional teams; participating in code reviews; troubleshooting issues; identifying risks and optimizations; estimating efforts; and supporting enterprise-scale projects within architectural guidelines. The role requires 2-4 years of AEM development experience, strong Java skills, familiarity with Sling, OSGi, JCR, HTL, source control, and CI/CD pipelines. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential. Adobe AEM certifications are beneficial but not required. The position is full-time and remote based in Texas, with a salary range of $68,000 to $95,000. Requirements
2-4 years of hands-on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development experience
Strong Java development skills
Experience with Sling, OSGi, JCR, HTL, and related AEM frameworks
Experience developing AEM components, templates, workflows, and integrations
Experience working within cross-functional development teams delivering enterprise digital experiences
Familiarity with source control and CI/CD pipelines
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
Excellent communication skills
Willingness to learn from technical leaders and peers
Adobe AEM certifications beneficial but not required
