Human Resources Business Partner role supporting Client Success and Services teams. Responsibilities include advising leaders on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and HR programs. Lead HR initiatives such as talent management, merit reviews, recognition, and engagement activities. Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and use HR analytics for data-driven recommendations. Manage investigations, disciplinary actions, and organizational changes. Requirements include a bachelor's degree, 4+ years HR experience, knowledge of HR laws and policies, proficiency in MS Office and HRIS (SAP preferred), strong communication and analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Position is full-time, on-site in Irving, Texas or Chicago, Illinois. Salary range $89,300 to $165,800 annually. What you'll do
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and annual HR programs
- Lead and support HR initiatives such as talent management, annual merit reviews, recognition programs, and employee engagement activities
- Coach leaders on organizational design and complex people-related matters
- Partner with leadership to deliver feedback, manage employee relations, and ensure fair and consistent application of policies and procedures
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence including Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, and Learning & Development
- Use HR analytics and reporting to identify trends and develop data-driven recommendations
- Conduct investigations and manage disciplinary actions, reductions in force, and terminations
- Coach and advise employees and managers on performance improvement and conflict resolution
- Coordinate employee transfers, promotions, and organizational changes
- Provide on-site support for local office initiatives
- Run and analyze HRIS reports to support business needs
- Conduct exit interviews and share actionable insights with leadership
- Lead and contribute to HR projects, organizational restructuring, workforce planning, and succession management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4+ years of HR Generalist or HR Business Partner experience
- Solid understanding of HR laws, policies, and standards
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems (SAP preferred)
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
- Willingness to travel occasionally and support in-person office initiatives
