Full job description
Advisor, Financial Systems role responsible for leading implementation, optimization, and governance of financial platforms, especially Sales Compensation system Xactly Incent. Requires 6-8 years experience in sales operations or financial systems administration, strong skills in sales compensation tools, data analysis with Excel, and project management. Responsibilities include managing system configuration, collaborating with Finance, Accounting, Sales Compensation, and IT, overseeing compensation plan deployment, developing reporting frameworks, mentoring junior team members, and driving system adoption. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field required. Salary range USD $103,500 - $192,300 annually. Locations: New York, NY and Wakefield, MA.
