Full job description
Advisor, Financial Systems role responsible for leading implementation, optimization, and governance of financial platforms, primarily the Sales Compensation system Xactly Incent. Requires 6-8 years experience in sales operations or financial systems administration with strong expertise in sales compensation tools, data analysis using Excel, and project management. Responsibilities include managing sales compensation tools, collaborating with Finance, Accounting, Sales Compensation, and IT teams, overseeing compensation plan deployment, developing reporting frameworks, mentoring junior team members, and driving system adoption and optimization. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field required. Experience with Salesforce and Tableau integrations preferred.

- Own the end-to-end strategy and execution of financial system initiatives related to sales compensation and planning
- Serve as lead administrator for Sales Compensation Tools, managing configuration, system enhancements, and governance
