Full job description

Advisor role collaborating with Portfolio Lead to coordinate delivery of products and services for clients in consumer-packaged goods, travel, or dining sectors. Work cross-functionally with Product, Strategy, Analytics, Data Partnerships, and Delivery teams supporting Epsilon PeopleCloud MarTech, AdTech, and Data Solutions. Responsibilities include client relationship management, coordinating delivery teams, driving internal collaboration, leading a team, managing risks, and ensuring accurate billing. Requires bachelor's degree or equivalent, 5+ years industry experience, program/project management experience, MarTech platform knowledge, 3+ years client-facing experience, 2+ years managerial experience, financial competence, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, ServiceNow, Jira, and SharePoint. Salary range $88,000 to $132,000 annually. Locations: Chicago, IL; New York, NY; Irving, TX.

What you'll do

  • Develop strong connections with clients and ensure client happiness with contracted Epsilon offerings
  • Coordinate with delivery teams to unify products/services, interpret client needs, and improve client profitability
  • Drive collaboration internally with product, support, and delivery organizations throughout the client lifecycle
  • Support leading a complementary team with varied expertise and offer timely performance feedback
  • Raise issues and risks for resolution within the cross functional team
  • Ensure accurate and timely billing for services rendered, working with internal and client Accounting teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of industry specific experience
  • Program and project management experience
  • Martech platform experience such as Email, CRM/Database or Loyalty platforms
  • 3+ years of demonstrated ability in a client facing role
  • 2+ years of managerial experience
  • Financial competence
  • Strong Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, SharePoint
  • Expertise and knowledge across the full ecosystem of MarTech and AdTech such as cleanroom, digital media
  • Experience working with contracts, supporting invoices and understanding P&L reporting
