Full job description

Advertising Sales Manager role in São Paulo office focused on developing new business and advocating the platform to small- and medium-sized businesses, agencies, publishers, and affiliates. Requires bachelor's degree, 5+ years sales experience, passion for advertising/media/technology, ability to present ideas and demonstrate value, experience with Salesforce or CRM tools, and English proficiency. Responsibilities include generating new business revenue, maintaining pipeline, outbound prospecting, qualifying opportunities, developing client relationships, managing full sales cycle, advocating internally for clients, promoting advertising strategies, sharing market insights, and prioritizing accounts. Benefits include health insurance and hybrid work schedule with 3 days in-office. Experience in digital advertising is a plus.

What you'll do

  • Generate new business revenue by identifying, prospecting and developing a qualified pipeline of advertiser accounts within defined ICPs
  • Maintain a healthy, predictable pipeline by sourcing, qualifying and advancing new business opportunities
  • Build and manage a strong outbound prospecting motion using phone, email, LinkedIn, social media, in-person meetings and networking events
  • Qualify opportunities based on ICP fit, spend potential, business model, vertical, market readiness and scalability
  • Develop relationships with prospective clients and agencies, understand their business goals and position Taboola as a strategic partner
  • Own the full sales cycle from outreach to closing with focus on pipeline discipline and revenue generation
  • Act as internal advocate for prospects and new clients to ensure proper support for activation, onboarding and scaling
  • Learn and promote successful advertising strategies across industries and business models
  • Share client, market and vertical insights with internal teams to improve go-to-market strategies and advertiser success
  • Prioritize time and effort across accounts based on ICP fit, revenue potential, urgency, scalability and strategic value

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of experience in sales or sales development
  • Passion for advertising, media and technology
  • Ability to present ideas/concepts to clients and effectively demonstrate value proposition
  • Experience with Salesforce (or another CRM system) and related productivity tools
  • English is required
